The only restriction I saw with Northwest award inside africa are the awards from Africa to Asia, which is that you can't go through Europe... rules say you can earn/redeem on all KQ flights... same for Air France, so Morocco to Paris to Mauritius should be permitted for 25,000 miles. Strangly, or not strangly, the awards from Europe to Mauritius are 70,000 miles. good luck finding award seats though.
