Not that it helps now, but QF can rebook the ticket, but be prepared to pay for it. You would be paying $75 service fee for them to change the date/time. Of course, not being a 3rd world country, it is easy to phone the 800 numbers.
AA UK can be contacted on +44 20 7365 0608 and they are open every day ( not 24 hours though ) and you can contact AA AAdvantage on non 800 numbers and get them to transfer you when they can't help
