Hey we are all happy here. Dont mistake some of the grumbling. Devalue the program and people gripe. Here's an example. Last fall we met a nice couple in rome. They were joking at what a deal they had recieved. They were targeted for the stay 3-5-7 get 3 free nights. They only had 9 stays. They then made 7 stays at HI ($560) got 3 free nights, made Gold VIP, and spent the 3 nites at the Rome Hilton ($2100) They also got the Rome View room. Meanwhile as I bit my tongue. We spent 2 of our 7 nites there looking at the radio tower. Those are the breaks, but maybe this example will explain why some people gripe. Have a good weekend and welcome to FT
