So to assuage ones bruised ego?? its neccessary for us to endure all kinds of threats about moving over to a completing program ( who treats them the same anyway)

Has anyone ever thought that maybe some of you us need to calm down and think of it as what it truely is... a business. Do any of you ever complain about some one getting a tax return that you didn't? Or someone getting a Credit Card that you WERE not targeted for? I mean seriously I stay at Hilton almost 200 nights a year and as of yet I have not felt jilted or ignored by the program and or their customer service.
