I bought an unlocked RAZR from tigerdirect before they were known here. Service was fine, phone was brand new. Just be careful and read carefully what is included with the phone. Mine didn't come with the bluetooth headset (I didn't need it anyway)

Another interesting thing, the charger was not a north american one. Still worked with out voltage but needed an adaptor to fit our outlets...they included it with the phone.
