PHL has been hell for me this year... whether on NWA or USair, planes have run late, pre boarding has been suspended (on the Avro especially, which means automatic discrimination against the elites who are in the front of the plane), and tempers have flaired.

The only time I saw an outrage among passengers was when elite boarding was suspended on an overbooked Avro, and many elites had to gate check their bags.
