I think it would be measured in minutes. The 'cloud' in those rooms is thick... they can't avoid inhaling the smoke from less than several people in there. So if it takes an hour to equal the secondhand smoke from one smoker, it would take 2 minutes in a smoking room full of 30 (small crowd if you are lucky) people.
