Just to confirm the info from ralphkrippner. I travelled out last week on I class CWL-AMS-PEK. I booked on klm.com about two months back. The fare was about 10% cheaper than Z so I double checked the restrictions with KL's UK telephone numbe, which were exactly as he said. (My treble check that it was BIZ was the 30kg luggage allowance on the eticket and then the ability to book a BIZ class seat by 'phone).

As a 5/6 times per annum traveller on this route to China I was glad to see it so cheap - hope it lasts...
