Thank you very much for your messages.

I am thinking of burning some of my UA miles as I have got lots.

I tried SIN-FRA in F with LH but did not think much of it. The FAs upstairs (both females) much preferred taking care of the men (I am a woman) and I got less than minimal service that night.

I found the ground service in FRA was outstanding. The FCT lounge is very nice. I guess I will have to fly into FRA early so I can enjoy the place again.

I have to see when I can go. Do EU citizens need visas to visit Dubai or can we get a visa on arrival? How does this work I wonder?

This would be a curiosity trip to see what it's like over there, not business. Is 2 nights enough to see the place?

Is it possible to extend the trip to another Emirate flying with LH?

I think they fly to Oman and then Dubai but I am not sure.

I believe there is a similar small snack available after takeoff but I'm always asleep within a couple of minutes of liftoff. Hot breakfast is served before landing.

Aircraft is 747 in peak season (winter) and A340 in off season.

I prefer the seats and service to EK F on the route.
