Not to hijack this thread, but is there even a dedicated Elite/FC Check in line in PHL? In recent months, I've arrived to find one queue for check-in and a window labeled "SkyTeam Elite/FC Check-in" with a huge sign blocking the kiosks. I tried using them once and got yelled at, so I always end up waiting in the regular queue. I got an "I'm sorry" from nwa.com...

I'm curious if morale took a hit there after the WC closed and the BK hit. They haven't seemed as accomodating (especially to elites like myself) since early last year.
