She shouted back "if any more elite members complain, they will be boarding last after everyone else". People were gasping and spouting general insults back. It got more ugly if you read my other posts I made today.
Not doing elite boarding is one thing....this gate agent's response is another. (Although it sounds like some pax weren't making it any better...or better put, I wouldn't have reacted the same way.) She seems unhappy and not able to handle what is a very stressful job more often then not, sounds like she would be happier in another line of work but who am I am to say.
