I class is the new "not quite as cheap as Z" discount business fare they announced...last summer, I think. On my routes, it's usually about 15% more than Z, with similar restrictions. They don't always offer it; it depends on how the J and C fares are selling, and usually shows up closer to departure. At least that's my experience.
