I've noticed some people (by their syntax, spelling, grammer, tone, etc) that appear to be posting regularly now, and even under multiple accounts. And it's not that they're suggesting you go with another airline, they just want you to leave NW. I've had some prime oppurtunities to get in my own comments to these people, but figure it wouldn't only make things worse.
