I think we should stick to discussing our own issues and experiences, not cutting and pasting those of strangers.
When is a paying passinger on NW a "stranger" to pointing out problems at NW or any other airline?
I personally experienced related problems on NW, and on other airlines.
The fact that my fellow traveler was more eloquent than I prompted my posting of his comments. The fact that another paying passenger on another airline was also most eloquent was the basis for posting his comments.
Part of flyertalk's chatroom is to share information. That I did. I also left full attribution to the sources.
The heart of the matter is, the detailed events from these two paying passingers are directly related to the experiences others have discussed here over the years. We all need to hear what other paying passingers are also experiencing on these airlines.
We all hope that what is discussed here will motivate the airlines to fix what we believe to be a problem. Is that not a worthwhile goal?
