Seated in 1E, I counted 6 pax on a 4-Apr SFO-IAH flt with 3 carry-ons.
There was even a lady pax with 4 items(counting a purse big enough to hold a laptop)*.
*Her roll aboard had so much stuff hanging off on it that it looked like the truck from the Beverly Hillbillies.
