My company does that as a business all the time. We help firms fix their problems.

The only way airlines fix things these days is if they KNOW about problems and are then motivated to fix them. The spotlight of public discussion has raised their awareness and has motivated them to fix some of them.
This is a discussion forum, not a customer feedback site. Posting someone else's opinion from another website doesn't seem to promote discussion, just speculation on the other parties intention and experience.

Unless you're discussing your experience, I think your intentions would be better served at Epinions.
