For those more familiar than I with BA processes: How long should I wait for a response before concluding that the comment card has gone missing and resending my message through different channels? The card was hand delivered to a BA check-in agent at my destination airport, so theoretically it did not get lost en route.

I sent an email on Mar 19th via the website form, and got a letter this morning - so nearly 3 weeks.
