I don't quite understand what you're getting at here. Ken's point is that, although the a seat in the Tango category may be available up to the door closes, the price of a fare in that category rises closer to the departure time. Aren't you saying the same thing? The article does seem to elide the distinction between the fare itself and the fare category, which I think is misleading to the uninitiated.
