I was never asked.

If there were questionnaires and focus groups I suspect the questionning was constructed to get the answers BA wanted.

Would you prefer to:

pay for food and get a slightly lower fare
be whipped with cat and nine tails until you bleed.

"OUR RESEARCH SHOWED OVERWHELMING SUPPORT FOR PAY FOR FOOD AND SLIGHTLY LOWERS FARES".
