I would not mind having the flight listed for € 249 as a RTF destination for a quick summer break in NYC..., but I fear it will be more like € 449

Concerning the Diesel 10. IMO it was the only aircraft ( NW DC 10, not so long ago ) loud enough to be heart within the A 26 Sen lounge while taxiing by bound for DTW.

While certainly older than most of LH`s long haul fleet, the NW WBC configuration had old LH C for lunch during those days...
