We always knew was a con.
To be fair to BA, Low Cost always has been a con - indeed Ryanair and EasyJet's fares (as well as SouthWest and the US LoCos) can often be significantly higher than the "heritage" carriers - whilst at the same time giving you nowt extra!

All BA is doing is matching like for like - it's what you, the travellers, have said you wanted!
