eyecue has repeatedly posted that surgical implantation of plastic explosives would result in nearly immediate death (like that's really a problem?) - so fast, in fact, that a human bomb would die before the body could be detonated in a target-rich environment. I'm not certain he's correct.
Additionally, I'm not certain that it could be adequately shielded to prevent ETD detection.
