Here at FT, we all know what the term "gate lice" refers to. Well, today, I am proposing another term, gate MICE
A couple of days ago, I was standing in line along with other F & C JFK-LAX p.s. passengers waiting to board. (FA had annouced that F & C were welcome to board) There were some gate lice but they all stood there orderly leaving a gap allowing F & C passengers to pass them and board. Then, out of no where, this lady screamed "first and business ONLY" as she started pushing and shoving everyone, including all of us waiting orderly in line to board. So I turned around and said "Oh, so I see your upgrade has cleared. I'm sure you wouldn't mind standing in line with the rest of the PAYING premium cabin passenger like us?" (Ok, we all upgrade but that seemed to be the most appropriate thing I could say to her at the time!) She then got to the back of the line.
She reminded me of many folks I read about on FT who refused to sit in Y because they were UGS or 1K (Of course, unlike them, we FTers are the humble, considerate, and classy UGS, 1K, 1P, and 2P's

). They were extremely rude, embarassingly and wrongfully representing us FF's. So, I thought of the term gate MICE because mice were bigger than lice (because of their status or cabin) but just as sneaky and annoying as lice, and it rhymes with lice

. What do y'all think?
Anyway, I think gate mice are more annoying than gate lice.
