When I made 2P for the first time (2004) people said, you'll be 1P and then 1K next. And I said, "No way... it's not possible... I don't fly enough and never will."

Then I discovered the dark side (mileage running) to get my EQMs up. And the dark side knew no boundaries (Visa), and UA helped a lot (Double EQMs). Pretty soon I was indeed a 1K. And then you get addicted (SWUs) and must maintain status.... it's like crack but with free orange juice.
