Just stayed here for 1 night last week (Fri). Received UG to one of the large C-level rooms on the 7th floor. Rather nice room overlooking Via Washington, but the heavy windows shielded the traffic noise below. Mgr sent up a nice bottle of wine soon after we checked in.

This being a Friday, they only set out nuts/chips and drinks in the lounge during the day, no evening appetizers or morning breakfast. They do, however, give complementary breakfast in the Brasserie for Golds/Plats.
