I have always been puzzled though about increased load factors in "premium cabins", surely it is not hard to get 100% load factor in J if you sell the inventory at Y prices? What matters is the number of bums on seats and the average price they pay. It's a bit like Tesco saying they increased baked bean sales by 100% (without mentioning that they cut the price to 2p per tin).
