the answer for all intents and purposes is no.

One slight difference, if we want to get nitpicky, is that a 753 with only 3 F seats might get some intrusion from the Y mini-cabin behind F using the lav (I say might, because they should still be able to use the lav at the 2L door).
The 757-200s, 739s and some 738s all have mid-cabin lavs between Y and F as well, so generally no need for Y pax to cross the border.

(And of course some might quibble about the diameter of the fuselage and the curvature of the walls on the 757-series vs. the 737-series, but I digress...)
On the 753 with 3 rows of F, they have the mesh curtain behind row 3, sending a very clear message to the pax in the minicabin to use the 2L lav.

(As an aside, I've never been on the 735, but I hated the 3-row F cabin because I felt like I was penned in -- nowhere to walk, esp. when the FA was doing setup/cleanup from meal.)
