If so which airline should i contact?? Im getting this ticket online(cheaptickets)

Hi, and welcome to FT,
You really need to contact whoever is to issue the ticket, as only they will be able to tell you whether the fare you are travelling on entitles to a stopover in Tokyo. Most fares on the Continental website are usually marked "with stops" underneath the fare, which indicates that you can break your journey. And you do not say where you are travelling from. Continental flights from the USA seem to be routed not via Tokyo, but via the Eva Air flights to Taipei via from West Coast cities.
