This is why is list keyed on names only is totally brain-dead. The larger the list grows (and it will), the more error-prone it becomes. Whether it is a gov't no-fly list or the airline's own internal "banned" list doesn't matter, it creates pointless and avoidable hassles either way and should be fixed to be more ID specific.
