Erm, I had the opportunity to take a good look at ZRH first-class security last Tuesday, a very long look from the back of a very long and disorganised security queue. It was so bad, it reminded me of LHR

Exception was that ZRH had a bloke with a clipboard looking authoritive, yet not daring to look anyone queuing directly in the eye.

To get the message across, I think a "DO" in say T4 departures could do the trick.
Plan: all buy fully flex tickets for a late evening flight and then spend the entire day demonstrating behind security (Apparently the militant style works well at Heathrow), banners should be held with appropriate messages discouraging shopping and such like Then just before said flex-booked flight begins to board, we rebook and check-out. Thus annoying the airline too. I wonder how many minutes one would be allowed to protest for?
