Sounds like they're filling the planes and don't have a larger gauge to throw on the route (or believe that gauge is better used elsewhere at that time). Given the choise of $175 for WN and $300 for F on HP, I'll fly HP on the company's dime and WN on my own. YMMV, but I wouldn't be surprised if enough people share my thinking to make it profitable to do so for HP.
