No Turning Back - A319 is the future
Having had the pleasure of flying bmi on a new A319 yesterday (load=55, btw), it looks as if the NBM is here to stay as:
1) The seating was fixed: no provision for shrinking the B seat
2) No provision for a cabin divider curtain
3) No wardrobe at the front, rather a bulkhead with a glass panel.
So, as I flew alonng with a row to myself, wondering where the profits come from, I thought what's the difference between this and Easyjet? All I could think of was a FFP and 2 inches on the legroom. Admittedlym Easy have a higher chav count, but they do have more pax......
