Meal Service in NON-P.S. 3 Class Domestic F

I have an upcoming trip that will involve a mid-con flight on a three class of service plane.

Two questions:

First, generally speaking, is there a difference between what is served in C versus F on a domestic midcon (or a non-p.s. transcon for that matter) on a 3 class plane?

It's been a while since I've flown on a 3 class plane domestically. The last time was on a 767 and I was in F and didn't bother to see if C was getting different meal service. The last time I flew C on a 3 class plane domestically was years ago and, even then, I didn't see if F was getting something better than C.

Second, notwithstanding the answer to my first question, what will the breakfast meal on this F 3 class mid-con consist of? Do they still have hot egg dishes (not the egg sandwich) on midcons?

The last mid-con breakfast flight that I flew (I generally find myself on more midcon lunch flights) still had a choice between hot eggs or fruit.

Thanks in advance for any information.
