Air border is generally very easy because you only have to declare the value of the wine...if you carry the case, might be more of a challenge, but if you pack the bottles around your suitcases and declare wine $60, likely no one will question you. And if they do, I believe the tax is $3/bottle...at least that is what it is on spirits...I routinely bring in several bottles of wine/spirits and have only been asked to pay once out of a good 50+ times...and it was in CLT of all places.
