Also, our flight on departure day is at 1pm ish from CDG, if we take the Rossybus from Opera at 9:30am, is it enough time to meet the International flights check-in time ?

Since you'll be leaving Paris early AM you will make little use of the property during the last day of your stay. Instead of using 30K points for your last night, consider checking out the day before your flight, make late check-out and leave bagage at property, finish your day and dinner in Paris, take train (short ride and they run at least to midnight) to CDG and stay at CDG HI or HIX on a very cheap paid stay (also free shuttle from CDG train station to HI and HIX)
This is what we did on last stay in Paris (IC Paris which is now a Westin). A little bit of a hastle
but , 1) you save 30K points for a better use, 2) you get points and night credit for the HIX stay for low $, and 3) this makes the morning of your flight stress free.
