Fair enough for posting the article here then. But I disagree that the portion of the article quoted implies that Comair directly had something to do with the situation. The article implies that Comair was carrier of transit - yes.
I would suggest that a faulty kennel door is to blame on this one. All kennels I've used have a lock hole for a padlock or similar. Use of even a simple padlock would have prevented the kennel door from opening and resulting in this event. Any reputable dog breeder would have used such a device.
