But we have done that...based on many experiences. FT folks post about what happens, what is likely to happen. It doesn't mean that we can make things go your way. The options posted here are what people have experienced. I'm sorry that this happned, but I can't make options magically appear; neither can the rest of us. If they make an unpalatable chage...they'll give you back your money...or work with you for different routings. Not really sure what else they can be expected to do.
