In follow up then...my wife will be at the "maybe" (6 months) stage when we are going. Would you (1) reserve exit row and hope she is able and Delta is willing or (2) confirm Row 10 bulkhead on the 764 from ATL - HNL just to make sure you get somewhat decent seats? Thanks for your comments!
