This is for a skymiles ticket, and I will most likely not be able to take the trip. If this is not a legal connection, (I doubt that is enought time in ATL), does anyone know if I can redeposit the miles without a fee. When it was ticketed, the layover was 98 mins.

Call back and ask fro reissues, as that is not a legal connection, but as far as your last question, If you are arriving at your final destination more than 90mins later, then yes redeposit can be waived.
