Kiwi airlines suspends service from Chicago

Just read this (I guess I missed it last night). The following exceppted from Bloomberg News:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Kiwi
International Air Lines suspended service from Chicago's Midway
Airport, citing increased competition and lower fares that made
its routes unprofitable.
Newark, New Jersey-based Kiwi, which has been struggling
financially over the past year, said it will use the planes from
Chicago to expand service on its profitable routes between Puerto
Rico and Newark, Orlando and Miami.
``Chicago was once a great market for us, but it is no
longer and doesn't appear to be in the near future,'' said
Charles Edwards, Kiwi's chairman and acting chief executive, in a
statement. Larger carriers coming into Midway offered more
flights and made gate space ``inadequate,'' Kiwi said.
The closely held carrier said that it would continue to
watch the market and might re-enter if conditions improve or when
the airport opens its new terminal.
ProAir Airlines has agreed to honor the Kiwi tickets out of
Chicago and customers holding tickets should take them to a
ProAir counter or call their travel agent for a refund."
