If he bothers you, you should say something to him. I wouldn't consider calling the lounge warden at that point yet... Most people are not aware that certain types of headphones strongly leak sound.
Actually there has been a public campaign in Japanese trains a while ago pointing out this issue.
(I hope you are already on your flight or even at your destination by now...)
