On the SAS website they will most likely only give connections with the shortest possible connecting time in CPH (usually up to two hours).

However you can book your ticket for example on the Austrian Airlines website where there is no problem choosing a much later connecting flight, you can play around quite a bit with different options.

Also, a stopover is actually a stop lasting more than 24 hours, so 4 hours would not be considered a stopover, just a slightly longer transfer...

SAS European tickets do not allow stopovers, but you can always stay up to 22-23 hours in CPH and it would still only be considered a transfer.
