had an issue once with a Homewood suites stay...
Complained to the HH Diamond desk about the stay..they forwarded my complaint to the Hotel manager. I guess the GM tried to get a hold of me...not sure what phone # they were calling since I received no voicemail on any phone that I own.
I did receive an email from the GM that said they tried to get a hold of me but couldn't, but were very sorry about my experience. He reversed one night's room charge and sent me a Be My Guest certificate.
So even tho I never personally spoke to the GM...He still managed to make my stay "right".
