Maui Seaside Hotel.

Very close to the airport. The hotel is clean but worn. I think I paid the AAA rate of $90. It is in Kahului town and on the water next to the port. I used the hotel for one night on Feb. 26, 2006. There is a free small buffet breakfast in the morning. This is not trendy Lahaina town which is 20 miles away.

I had the Hyatt for 2 nights near Lahaina but did not want to pay $350 there because I was getting in so late my first night. The hotel worked fine for me. Many travelers use the hotel for their first night, but I met several people who were staying the whole week.
