But, the original post said "IF" you are at fault, you get written up. That means if SGB is at fault, then no problem.

Meanwhile, I agree with most posters that SGB will conflict with keeping customers happy. Of course, as said before, without SGB, many of us would NOT get upgrades, because the agent was nice to the 12 people that arrived at the gate before us with sob stories and took the seats first.
