I applied my Zero Tollerance for DL two weeks ago when I decided to FL on WN isntead of DL when it was a toss of a coin for price verses convienence.

I feel really sorry for the employees as customers can not be happy with the stupid rules in place at the moment.

If customers complain about how they really feel and this zero tolerance is really in effect, DL will have no employees left.
