I would recommend seat 1C or 1G that Iīve had many times. Also the seats in the middle section is great. However, the serving starts in front, and some meal-choices are more popular than others, so from that point of view I would say anywhere on the first row. Itīs also much more quiet because the toilets are between row 7 and 8-9 (together with the galley). Seat 1A or 1H may feel a bit cramped due to the "curvation" of the plane. It bends slightly inwards. And some may dislike that. I recently travelled NRT - CPH on 1 H, and it was OK for me, but im only 1,83 long...
