This is not even anything new. Although AirTran was not on the last state contract, they have been in the past, including as far back as the ValuJet days.

Delta always gets the lion's share of routes. In the past UA, UA, and AA have had some, but not this go around for whatever reason.

And regarding the comment about upgradeable fares ... my success rate has been excellent!
