I have sent three messages to 1Kvoice (NO REPLY-can you believe that??) and have called UA 1K Customer Service and got someone in India.

Perhaps a comp to HP is in order. After I moved to Phoenix, I realized that using American was not as easy or as pleasureable as it was back in New York. Therefore, I took a comp on HP which I use to go to west coast airports from which I can get larger AA aircraft, redeyes and more options on how I want to get where I want to go. Also, if you're ever up in Phoenix, drop me a Private Message, I love meeting fellow AZ FTers.
