I don't have the link but I'm sure anyone can pull it up pretty easily by doing a search. I remember it was last year that a Northwest Airlines jet landed at an airforce facility right in South Dakota by accident when the airport they were supposed to fly to was just 5 miles or so away.

Don't think RyanAir is the only one who makes these types of mistakes!!
